Flight Attendant
United Airlines is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants. Position Overview
Successful candidates will undergo 6.5 weeks of Initial Training in Houston, TX, focusing on safety and service standards. Upon successful completion of training and base orientation, recruits will be welcomed as full-time employees. Trainees receive a $140 weekly stipend, dual-occupancy hotel accommodations, and partial meal coverage. Graduates will receive a $1,000 bonus.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.

High school diploma or GED required; 2 or more years of college preferred.

Minimum of one year of customer service experience in the service industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, food, teaching, or aviation).

Fluent in English (speak, read, write, and understand).

Fluent in Italian (speak and read).

Possess a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity remaining and two consecutive blank pages.

Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel globally without restrictions.

Ability to pass a functional reach assessment (76-inch vertical and 43.5-inch horizontal reach).

Willingness to work a flexible, 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and reserve assignments.

Ability to pass comprehensive background checks, fingerprinting, and DOT/FAA drug screenings.

Compliance with vision and hearing requirements as mandated by the FAA.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly flight pay: $28.88/hour (Top of scale: $67.11/hour).

Additional compensation available for language skills, lead positions, and international trips.
