Flight Attendant - Professional Opportunity

Role Overview
Selected candidates will undergo 6.5 weeks of industry-leading initial training in Houston, TX, focusing on safety and service standards. Upon successful completion and base orientation, employees will be stationed at one of our hubs: Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, or Washington Dulles. During training, participants receive a weekly stipend of $140, dual-occupancy hotel accommodations, and meal support. Graduates are welcomed as full-time employees.

Utilize electronic devices (phones, tablets, laptops) to perform essential job functions.

Starting hourly flight pay of $28.88, scaling up to $67.11/hour based on seniority.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.

High school diploma or GED required; two or more years of college preferred.

Minimum of one year of customer service experience in the service industry.

Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding). Second language fluency is highly desirable (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Tagalog).

Must possess a valid passport book with at least 12 months of remaining validity and two consecutive blank pages.

Ability to pass a 10-year background check, fingerprinting, and DOT/FAA pre-employment/randomized drug screenings.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible to travel globally without restrictions.

Physical ability to meet all safety requirements, including a functional reach assessment (76-inch vertical and 43.5-inch horizontal).

Adherence to professional grooming standards and uniform, tattoo, and piercing policies.
