Exceptional Training and Compensation

No prior aviation experience is required. Our comprehensive 6.5-week training program, held in Houston, Texas, will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. During training, you will receive a $140 weekly stipend, accommodation, and meals. Upon successful completion, you will receive a $1,000 bonus and be assigned to one of our seven hubs or base locations.

We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $28.88, with potential earnings reaching $67.11 per hour based on seniority. Your Responsibilities as a Brand Ambassador

As a Flight Attendant, you will:

Prioritize safety as paramount, ensuring the well-being of all passengers and crew members.
Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating adaptability, empathy, and a positive demeanor.
Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to uniform, grooming, and appearance guidelines.
Effectively communicate and maintain composure during high-stress situations, including emergencies.
Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility, working independently and collaboratively to ensure a seamless operation.

Qualifications for a Seamless Takeoff

To embark on this exciting career, you must:

Be at least 21 years old and a high school graduate or equivalent.
Possess one year of customer service experience and excellent communication skills in English.
Demonstrate physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting heavy objects and reaching overhead compartments.
Hold a valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity and the ability to travel globally without restrictions.
Successfully complete a pre-employment DOT drug screen, background check, fingerprinting, and vision/hearing tests.
