Comprehensive Training and Support
No prior aviation experience is required. United provides a comprehensive 6.5-week training program in Houston, Texas, covering safety procedures, customer service excellence, and essential flight attendant skills. During training, you will receive a $140/week stipend, accommodations, and meals. Upon successful completion, a $1,000 bonus awaits, followed by an assignment to one of United's seven hubs or various base locations.

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED required; two or more years of college preferred.
- At least one year of customer service experience in a service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and German (both spoken and written).
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming guidelines.
- Valid U.S. passport or foreign passport with applicable visas and unrestricted global travel eligibility.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting heavy objects and extended periods of standing and walking.
- Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and pre-employment tests.
