Flight Attendant
USAA is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Flight Attendant to join the San Antonio Hangar team. This role serves as a third crew member on corporate aircraft, operating in accordance with FAR 91 and USAA Flight Operations procedures to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers, including senior executives and Board Members.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional aircraft cabin service to maximize passenger and crew comfort and safety.

Coordinate flight catering and beverage requirements, ensuring the aircraft and commissary are adequately stocked.

Conduct comprehensive cabin safety briefings, familiarizing passengers with emergency procedures and precautions.

Assist passengers with boarding, deplanement, and baggage handling.

Perform administrative and operational duties as directed by the Director of Flight Operations.

Identify, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in compliance with company policies.
Requirements

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Minimum of 4 years of flight attendant experience, preferably within a corporate flight operation.

Completion of Flight Attendant Career Training School (FACTs) or equivalent cabin safety and emergency procedures training.
Preferred Qualifications

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Proficiency in dietary restriction awareness and food allergy management.

Demonstrated knowledge of serving and cutlery etiquette.

Familiarity with Dassault Falcon 2000 safety instructions.

Strong software aptitude.

Exceptional communication skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and maintain strict confidentiality.

Willingness to travel approximately 100 days per year and work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnights.
Location and Compensation
This position is based in San Antonio, TX, and requires an in-office presence. Relocation assistance is available.
Salary Range:
$85,040.00 - $153,080.00. Salary is determined based on market data and individual experience. Employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
