US-Bangla Airlines, recognized as the largest private airline in Bangladesh, invites applications from dynamic and qualified Male and Female Bangladeshi citizens for the position of Cabin Crew. Key Responsibilities:

The Cabin Crew member is responsible for a range of duties including, but not limited to:

• Attending mandatory pre-flight briefings.
• Warmly welcoming passengers aboard and assisting them in finding their seats.
• Conducting thorough checks to ensure emergency equipment is operational before departure.
• Clearly explaining and demonstrating safety procedures and the use of equipment to passengers.
• Verifying that all hand luggage is securely stowed.
• Ensuring passenger seat belts are fastened and galleys are secured prior to take-off.
• Serving and collecting meal trays.
• Distributing necessary documents such as landing cards.
• Administering first aid as required.
• Effectively managing and responding to in-flight emergencies.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Candidates applying for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Education: Minimum HSC or equivalent examination pass with a GPA of at least 3.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC (or equivalent). No third division or equivalent result in any examination will be accepted. For Diploma Degrees, a minimum CGPA of 2.80 out of 4.00 is required. For 'O' Level, a maximum of 05 subjects with an average grade of 'D' is acceptable, and for 'A' Level, a maximum of 02 subjects with an average grade of 'D'. GED is not acceptable. Candidates holding a Graduation Degree will be given preference.
• Height: Minimum 168 cm (5 feet 6 inches) for male candidates and minimum 161 cm (5 feet 3 inches) for female candidates. Must achieve an arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Weight: Weight must be proportionate to height. BMI range is 18-25 for male candidates. For female candidates, BMI is preferably 18-22, however, a BMI up to 25 may be acceptable for exceptional candidates.
• Age: For fresh candidates, age should be between 18 and 27 years as of the application deadline. Experienced candidates (with prior Cabin Crew experience only) can be up to 35 years of age. No affidavit regarding age will be accepted.
• Eyesight: Applicants must possess a visual acuity of 6/6 without spectacles. Vision correction up to 6/6 is acceptable. Candidates with color blindness are not eligible.
• Swimming: Preference will be given to candidates with swimming skills. Finally selected candidates are required to learn swimming during the initial training period.
• Language Skill: Fluency in both written and spoken Bengali and English is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages will be considered an added advantage.
• Medical Fitness: Must be in good physical health and medically fit to fulfill Cabin Crew duties.
• Physical Appearance: Must have a strong and upright posture with no visible tattoos or distinctive marks on the body.
• Attitude & Bearing: Requires a positive and impressive attitude with an appealing personality.
• Residency Requirement: Upon joining, successful candidates must reside in areas adjacent to or around Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA), such as Nikunja or Uttara Model Town (Sector 01 to 14).
