Requirements:

• Must be Bangladeshi national
• Valid Bangladeshi CPL, IR & ELP
• ELP level 04 or higher
• Valid Class 1 medical, no restrictions
• Age up to 45 years, may be relaxed in case of higher experience
• No incident or accident records
• Minimum Total flying experience- Minimum 2500 hours airlines time out of which minimum 1000 hours on type as P1
• Minimum SIC on Boeing 737-800: 300 hrs. or multi-engine commercial aircraft: 800 hrs. with current IR check & Pilot’s proficiency checks

Recent Experience:

• Preference will be given to pilots who are currently flying and having commercial aircraft experience
• At least three (03) takes off and landings within the preceding 90 days on the type of aircraft applied for or in a flight simulator approved for the purpose.

• Natural ability to provide excellent service within a team environment
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills that reflects genuine cultural sensitivities
• Quick learning aptitude
