US-Bangla Airlines Captain – Boeing 737-800 and First Officer – Boeing 737-800

As the largest private airline in Bangladesh, US-Bangla Airlines is entering an exciting new chapter! Our fleet of 20 aircraft, including ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800, and Airbus A330-300, is about to grow as we prepare to launch new routes across Asia and beyond. To help us reach these new horizons, we’re looking for experienced Captains and First Officers to join our Boeing 737 team. 1. Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Maximum 60 years for Captains and 50 years for First Officers
• Valid Boeing 737 type rating
• License: Valid ATPL License
• Medical: Valid Class-1 Medical Certificate with at least 03 months’ validity
• PPC & Recency: PPC valid for at least 02 months and last flying not exceeding 90 days
• ICAO USOAP EI: The applicant’s State ICAO USOAP Effective Implementation (EI) score must be equal to or higher than the global average
• Examiner Certificate (for TRE applicants): Valid for at least 03 months
• English Language Proficiency (ELP): Minimum ICAO Level 5

• Grand Total Flying Hours
• Total PIC Hours
• Certified On-Type Hours
• Minimum Commercial Flying Experience

Position

Required Minimum Flying Hours

1 Captain

• Minimum flying experience: 4000 hours
• Minimum PIC experience: 2000 hours
• Minimum PIC on B737: 1000 hours

or

• Minimum On B737 : 3000 hours
• (PIC: 1000 + SIC:2000)

2 First Officer

• Minimum flying experience: 2500 hours
• Minimum P2 on B737: 1000 hours

2. Safety & Compliance Requirements

• No serious incident attributable to the pilot within the last 02 years
• No accident attributable to the pilot within the last 05 years
• No criminal record

3. NOC Requirement

Candidates currently employed with another organization must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer upon final selection.

4. Contract Duration

• Initial contract duration: 01 year
• Extendable subject to mutual agreement and company requirements

5. Salary & Benefits

• Attractive gross salary as per market standard
• Fully furnished accommodation provided by the company with pick and drop to and from the office/airport.
• Rotation Leave Options: 08 weeks ON / 02 weeks OFF, or 12 weeks ON / 03 weeks OFF
• Rotation leave shall be counted from the date of License Validation by CAAB (Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh)
• The Company shall provide two-way economy class air tickets to/from Dhaka at the commencement and completion of the contract period
• Free air tickets during rotation leave within the USBA network
