airline is seeking eligible candidates for its Take-Off Cadet program, a 15-18 month pilot development initiative located in Turkey. This program is designed to train individuals for a Second Officer or First Officer role, with successful completion leading to a type rating and integration into the airline's operations. The program is open to Turkish citizens or Blue Card holders.

Requirements

• Must be a Turkish citizen or Blue Card holder.
• Must have completed an undergraduate degree within 2 years and 1 month of the standard duration.
• Born between January 1, 1996, and December 31, 2005.
• Height between 160 cm and 195 cm.
• Body Mass Index (BMI) between 20 and 30.
• Completed military service or possess a valid deferment for at least 2 years from the training start date.
• Must have no criminal record or archived criminal record.
• Must not have been dismissed from Turkish Airlines or previous employers.
• Fluent Turkish proficiency is required for Blue Card holders or individuals with multiple citizenships.
• Must not have prior participation in any pilot training programs (PPL, CPL, ATPL).
• Possess an English language proficiency certificate obtained within the last 2 years, meeting one of the following criteria:
  • IELTS (General or Academic) with a minimum overall score of 6.0, and a minimum speaking score of 6.0.
  • PTE (Academic) with a minimum overall score of 53, and a minimum speaking score of 53.
  • TOEFL iBT with a minimum overall score of 60, and a minimum speaking score of 18.
• Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Meet Turkish Airlines health assessment criteria.
• For current employees, a minimum of 3 years of service at Turkish Airlines is required, unless born in 1996, in which case this requirement is waived.
