Turkish Airlines | A330/350 First Officer

Scope of Advertisement

The candidate pilots who have the below-mentioned flight experience on one of B777/787, A330/350 aircraft types or the accepted aircraft types not included in Turkish Airlines Inc. aircraft fleet shall be evaluated within the scope of this advertisement.

General Qualifications

• Turkish citizen or blue card holder
• Born after 01.01.1973
• At least high school graduation (our candidates who graduated from a high school abroad are required to submit their equivalence certificates.)
• Not having received any written punishment due to flight failure or indiscipline
• No criminal record or criminal archive record
• Having completed the military service, or being able to postpone it for minimum 2 years
• Accepting the place to be shown by the Company as the main base and residing there
• Not having quitted jobs in Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to indiscipline previously,
• Not having left Turkish Airlines Inc. and its affiliates due to contract termination previously.

Technical Qualifications

Holding ATPL(A) (Turkish DGCA/EASA/FAA/ICAO)

Holding valid type rating on one of B777/787, A330/350 types

For the candidates who do not have valid type rating on one of the above-mentioned types, having valid type rating on the below-mentioned aircraft types

Total flight experience of minimum 2,000 hours on the aircraft above 27 tons, the aircraft types not available in Turkish Airlines fleet included, or minimum 1,500 hours on the said aircraft, the aircraft types available in Turkish Airlines fleet included

Flight experience of minimum 1,000 hours on the aircraft types not included in Turkish Airlines fleet (Accepted First Officer Wide Body Aircraft Types List), or minimum 500 hours on the aircraft types (A330/350 - B777/787) included in Turkish Airlines fleet (simulator and line check hours excluded)

Foreign Language Requirement

Foreign language proficiency within the scope of criteria determined by Turkish Airlines Inc.

• English Proficiency Level at ICAO Level 4 and above (It must have been recorded in the license by the commencement date)
• The candidates who submit one of the following documents shall be exempt from the Aviation English test.

Received within the last 2 years:

TOEFL (IBT): 60 (speaking: min. 18)

IELTS: 6 (speaking: min. 6)

PTE: 46 (speaking: 46)
