Job description

We paused our recruitment processes for a while due to negative impact of the pandemic.

Work conditions

Duty schedule
  • Pilots duty schedules are published on 24th of each month if the calendar month is 31 days; published on the 23rd if the calendar month is 30 days.
Commuting roster option
  • Commuting roster is offered to both First Officers & Captain Pilots, that is, 3 weeks on / 1 week off. Confirmed tickets are provided only to the Captain Pilots to use before and after the block off days.

Compensation & benefits

Insurance – Medical – Travel – Visa sponsorship – Overtime pay
  • Turkish Airlines arranges and provides the work permit for all expat pilots.
  • Pilots have private health insurance; they can also include family members in exchange of a small fee.
  • First Officers Salary: Approx. 33,000 TL
  • Any hours flown above 70 hours is regarded overtime hour and will be added to the total salary.
