Pilot - Boise, ID (Turbo Air Charter) - Full-time/Part-time
Turbo Air Charter is seeking experienced and motivated Pilots for full-time or part-time positions based in Boise, Idaho. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to conduct Part 135 single-pilot operations, primarily involving on-demand Air Ambulance and Charter flights across the picturesque and diverse Western United States landscape. The position involves operating Beechcraft 90 and 200 series King Air aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently conduct Part 135 air ambulance and charter missions.
- Operate Beechcraft 90 and 200 series King Air aircraft as a single pilot in varied conditions.
- Navigate and operate throughout the designated Western US service area.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism in all flight operations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers and medical personnel during air ambulance missions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Required License/Certification: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Pilot in Command (PIC) Multi-engine experience.
- Flight Hour Minimums:
- A minimum of 2500 total flight hours.
- A minimum of 1000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.
- A minimum of 500 Multi-Engine PIC hours.
- Hold an Airplane Multi-Engine Land (AMEL) rating.
Desired Attributes:
- Demonstrates a strong and unwavering safety ethic.
- Preference will be given to candidates possessing prior experience operating in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC), at night, and in mountainous terrain.
General Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, which includes weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of on-demand operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with customers and stakeholders.
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to relocate to the Boise, Idaho area.
