About the Role

TUI is seeking a Fitness Instructor for the Summer 2027 season across various hotel locations in Greece. This role involves delivering diverse fitness, sports, and wellbeing sessions, creating a motivating environment for guests, and ensuring the safe and professional execution of all activities. Accommodation and meals are provided if relocation is necessary.

About the Job

• Deliver a varied program of group fitness, sports, pool-based, and wellbeing sessions including Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Training.
• Create an inclusive and motivating environment by adapting sessions to guests' needs, abilities, and experience levels.
• Ensure the safe delivery of sessions by completing required checks and adhering to procedures, risk assessments, and health and safety rules.
• Build positive relationships with guests, promote the program, and encourage participation.
• Maintain activity areas and equipment, and support accurate inventories.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other hotel teams, promoting paid experiences like Aerial Yoga where qualified.

Requirements

• Greek citizenship or the necessary documentation to live and work in Greece.
• Fluent English language skills to deliver sessions to an international audience.
• A positive, flexible, and energetic approach with a genuine passion for fitness, wellbeing, and guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to motivate groups and build rapport.
• Commitment to safety and professional standards.
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable nature.
• Additional languages are beneficial but not mandatory.

• Competitive gross salary starting from €1,147 per month (€1,398 if qualified), in accordance with the National Sectoral Collective Labour Agreement for Employees in Travel and Tourism Agencies in Greece.
