About the Role

Create and deliver a diverse range of group fitness sessions, including Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, and Exercise to Music, as well as wellbeing sessions for guests of all ages and nationalities.

Plan and execute a variety of daytime sports and evening entertainment programs.

Prioritize guest engagement and interaction to ensure an exceptional experience.

Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality service, and guest experience in accordance with TUI guidelines.
Requirements

Possess the legal right to work in Tunisia.

Be fully conversational in English; proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.

Demonstrate a passion for sports, fitness, and wellbeing, supported by strong personal experience in these areas.

Exhibit a fun, vibrant, and adaptable personality, capable of working both independently and as part of an international team.

Exhibit a willingness to learn, complete training, and work effectively under pressure.
Qualifications

Mandatory certification in fitness and wellbeing, including but not limited to Group Training, Personal Training, Yoga/Pilates, and Exercise to Music.

Candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Sport Science with nutrition modules will be considered for "Expert" positions, with salary to be discussed.
