Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a vibrant and professional Fitness Instructor to join our international team. This role is ideal for qualified fitness professionals who hold an EU passport and are available to commence employment immediately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver diverse group fitness sessions, including Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, exercise to music, and wellbeing activities for guests of all ages and nationalities.
  • Plan and execute various daytime sports, activities, and entertainment programs as required.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality guest interaction to maintain excellent satisfaction standards.
  • Uphold the highest levels of safety, service quality, and professional standards in line with organizational requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Professional qualification in Group Fitness Training is required.
  • Preferred additional certifications include Exercise to Music, Yoga, and Aqua Aerobics.
  • Desirable qualifications include Autogenic Training, PMR, Calisthenics, and Animal Flow.
  • Fully conversational in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable passion for sports, fitness, and wellbeing with strong personal experience.
  • Must possess a fun, vibrant personality with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an international team.
  • Willingness to complete in-house training/certification and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility under pressure.
  • Valid EU passport and ability to start within the next few weeks.

Employment Package

  • Seasonal or permanent contracts available, with potential for winter work.
  • Net monthly salary of 1050€.
