Top Aces, a leading provider of contracted adversary air (ADAIR) services, is seeking an experienced Fighter Pilot for its A-4 Skyhawk operations in Nordholz, Germany. This role involves conducting military training operations and target representation missions for NATO and allied nations.
About the Role
The Fighter Pilot will be responsible for safely and professionally conducting A-4 Skyhawk combat missions, including Red-Air support, air-to-ground, Navy support, and GCI training. The role requires supporting tactical training operations for German and international customers, with potential for missions at other Top Aces locations globally. The position offers a secure permanent contract with a compensation package and flexible work arrangements.
Requirements
- Former Luftwaffe fighter pilot with a minimum of 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on fighter aircraft.
- A minimum of 2 years of active experience as a tactical fighter pilot on Bundeswehr fighter aircraft within the last 5 years.
- Possession of a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) from EASA, FAA, or Transport Canada (TC).

- Willingness to participate in exercises and deployments both within Germany and internationally.
