Thrive Aviation is seeking a skilled and experienced Pilot in Command (Captain) to lead safe and efficient ground and in-flight operations. This position will be based out of a major airport, requiring candidates to reside within a two-hour radius. The Captain will play a crucial role in mentoring First Officers and ensuring exceptional customer service.
About the Role
The Pilot in Command (Captain) is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight and on the ground. This leadership role involves mentoring First Officers to foster a positive team culture. The Captain will ensure compliance with all regulations and company procedures while delivering outstanding service to customers.
Requirements

Minimum of 3,000 hours of Fixed Wing Total Time.

Minimum of 1,500 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) Total Time.

Minimum of 500 hours of Total Turbine Time.

Possession of a valid US Passport, free from expiration.

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.

Valid FCC Radio License.

Current, valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.

Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to company growth.

Eligibility to fly internationally without restrictions.

Must reside in, or within two hours of, a major airport.
Qualifications

Previous experience in Corporate Aviation/Part 135 Charter is preferred.

A current type rating for aircraft within Thrive Aviation's fleet is preferred.
Physical Requirements
