Captain (Pilot in Command) - Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy / 900EX EASy
The organization seeks an accomplished and highly professional Captain (Pilot in Command) to oversee the safe and efficient operation of assigned corporate aircraft, including both ground and in-flight phases. This pivotal role requires exemplary leadership skills, serving as a mentor to the First Officer and fostering a strong organizational culture built on insight, professionalism, and authenticity. The successful candidate will maintain clear, effective communication with Leadership, Dispatch, and all Team Members while consistently exceeding client expectations in a Part 135 charter environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains administrative accountability directly to the Chief Pilot.
- Exercises primary responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight and ground movements.
- Rigorously verifies the identification of all passengers prior to boarding the aircraft.
- Ensures the thorough and complete execution of all required pre-flight checklists and established procedures.
- Actively trains and mentors assigned First Officers, fostering continuous professional development.
- Proactively anticipates client needs, striving consistently to deliver service that exceeds expectations.
- Strictly adheres to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, the company's General Operations Manual (GOM), Operational Specifications, and all departmental operating procedures.
- Maintains seamless coordination and communication with assigned crew members, Dispatch, Maintenance, and Administrative teams.
- Executes additional duties as directed by senior leadership or management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must satisfy the following minimum requirements:
- A minimum of 3,000 hours of Fixed Wing Total Time.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) Total Time.
- A minimum of 500 hours of Total Turbine Time.
- Possession of a current, valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Possession of a current, valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Possession of a current, unexpired US Passport and an FCC Radio License.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Eligibility to fly internationally into any country or jurisdiction without restrictions.
- Must currently reside within, or be willing to relocate within two hours of, a major international airport.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-tempo, dynamic environment and willingness to embrace new challenges as the organization expands.
Highly Desirable Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates possessing the following credentials:
- Prior professional experience in Corporate Aviation and/or Part 135 Charter operations.
- Current and relevant type rating for the aircraft within the fleet (e.g., DA-2EASy / 900EX EASy).
Physical and Work Environment Demands
The role demands the maintenance of a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate. The Captain must be physically capable of maintaining a seated position within a constrained space for prolonged periods, typical of flight operations. The role requires regular interaction with the customer and other flight crew members within close quarters.
The successful candidate must acknowledge the requirements for irregular scheduling, including the potential for little notice regarding flight assignments or cancellations, and must be prepared to spend multiple consecutive days or weeks away from the home base while traveling.
