The Walt Disney Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Captain to join its Aviation Group. This individual will be an integral part of a team of aviation professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences globally. The Pilot Captain will operate corporate aircraft safely and effectively, contributing to the organization's success.

Responsibilities:

Serve as Pilot-in-Command for worldwide flight operations.
Operate company aircraft with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency, adhering to all domestic and international regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Provide timely and safe transportation to support the company's business objectives on a global scale.
Complete assigned administrative tasks and projects as directed.
Utilize company resources and materials effectively.
Contribute to the enhancement of flight operation efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Jet Captain with an FAR Part 91 or 135 Operator.
Current and qualified as a Pilot-in-Command in a multi-engine business jet aircraft.
A minimum of 4000 hours total flying time.
A minimum of 2000 hours multi-engine turbojet aircraft as Pilot-In-Command.
Possession of a current FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with multi-engine rating and at least one type rating in a business jet aircraft.
Possession of a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Additional Qualifications:

International operational experience preferred.
Experience with glass-cockpit technology is advantageous.
Familiarity with Gulfstream aircraft is beneficial.
Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
Proficiency in computer usage and general computer software is desirable.

Compensation:

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $244,200 to $327,400 per year. Actual base pay will be determined by factors including internal equity, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
