Job Overview: Pilot Captain
The Disney Aviation Group is seeking a professional Pilot Captain to join an innovative team of aviation experts. In this role, the Pilot Captain will manage corporate aircraft operations to provide safe, efficient, and timely transportation for business units on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as Pilot-in-Command for worldwide flight operations.

Ensure the safe and effective operation of company aircraft by evaluating risks and maintaining strict compliance with domestic and international aviation laws, regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

Support the competitiveness of company business units through reliable global transportation.

Perform assigned administrative duties and projects to enhance the efficiency of flight operations.

Utilize company resources and materials in accordance with organizational standards.
Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Jet Captain with an FAR Part 91 or 135 Operator.

Current and qualified as a Pilot-in-Command in a multi-engine business jet aircraft.

Total flying time of at least 4,000 hours.

Minimum of 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command in multi-engine turbojet aircraft.

Current FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with a multi-engine rating and at least one type rating in a business jet.

Possession of a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Additional Qualifications

International operational experience.

Previous experience with glass-cockpit systems.

Experience operating Gulfstream aircraft.

Proficiency with computers and general software applications.

Fluency in a foreign language is considered an asset.
Compensation and Location
Location:
Burbank, California
Hiring Range:
$247,900 – $332,400 per year. Actual base pay is determined by factors including internal equity, geographic region, skills, and experience. Eligible candidates may also receive a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
