Responsibilities

The Pilot Captain will join an innovative and dynamic team, leveraging their passion and expertise to safely and effectively operate corporate aircraft. This position is crucial for supporting the organization's strategic objectives and maintaining a competitive edge through timely and secure worldwide transportation.

Key responsibilities for the Pilot Captain include:

Serving as Pilot-In-Command for worldwide flight operations.
Ensuring the safe and effective utilization of company aircraft, meticulously evaluating all potential risks and strictly adhering to domestic and international aviation laws, regulations, company-specific policies, and standard operating procedures.
Facilitating the competitiveness of company business units by providing efficient, safe, and reliable transportation on a global scale.
Completing assigned administrative duties and special projects as directed by aviation leadership.
Optimizing the use of company resources and materials to enhance operational efficiency.
Continuously seeking opportunities to increase the overall efficiency of flight operations.

Basic Qualifications

Prospective candidates for the Pilot Captain position must possess the following essential qualifications:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Jet Captain with an FAR Part 91 or FAR Part 135 Operator.
Current and qualified status as a Pilot-in-Command in a multi-engine business jet aircraft, with the following flight experience:
- 4,000 hours total flying time.
- 2,000 hours as Pilot-In-Command in multi-engine turbojet aircraft.
A current FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with a multi-engine rating and at least one type rating in a business jet aircraft.
A current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates demonstrating the following additional qualifications will be favorably considered:

Extensive international operational experience.
Significant experience with glass-cockpit avionics systems.
Prior flight experience in Gulfstream aircraft.
Proficiency in a foreign language is a definite advantage.
Strong aptitude for using computer systems and general computer software applications.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA, is $244,200 to $327,400 per year. The base pay offered will be determined by internal equity, the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. The comprehensive compensation package may include a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, all dependent on the level and position offered.
