Pilot, Owner Services - Citation Latitude

Position Overview:
The Pilot, Owner Services will provide comprehensive on-site flight support to owners of Citation Latitude aircraft under the ProOwnership management agreement. Residing within a reasonable distance from the managed aircraft, the pilot will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day flight operations, including meticulous trip planning, meticulous aircraft care, and efficient flight scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate the Ownership Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing deep product expertise on Citation and King Air systems, avionics, and flying characteristics. Effectively communicate the unique benefits of Textron Aviation products and ownership throughout all flight interactions.
- Act as a Liaison & Advocate: Foster strong relationships by serving as a primary point of contact between the owner and Textron Aviation. Ensure clear and effective communication regarding Pilot-in-Command responsibilities, unwavering commitment to safe operations, and efficient aircraft utilization strategies.
- Champion Safety & Maintenance: Conduct meticulous pre-flight and post-flight inspections to identify any mechanical or cosmetic discrepancies. Collaborate seamlessly with the Maintenance Manager and designated Service Center to maintain the highest standards of aircraft quality and safety.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a comprehensive understanding and adherence to all applicable FAA and ICAO regulations, as well as local operating procedures. Ensure aircraft certification meets MNPS/RVSM/RNP standards for both domestic and international travel.
- Prioritize Ongoing Training & Development: Maintain all necessary training and flight currency for all phases of operations, proactively informing the Chief Pilot or Manager, Aircraft Management of any approaching expirations. Participate in ongoing training programs, encompassing initial and recurrent aircraft training, emergency procedures, crew coordination, international procedures, and other areas as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Aerospace, or a related field preferred. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience and demonstrable expertise will also be considered.
- Valid US passport and FAA First Class medical certificate.
- Airline Transport Pilot certification with piloting skills exceeding the minimum standards outlined in the Practical Test Standards.
- 3,000+ total logged flying hours, including 1,000+ hours in Turbo Prop, Turbo Fan, or Turbo Jet aircraft.
- Previous experience with Citation or King Air products and international operations is highly desirable.
- FAA Flight Instructor Certification is preferred.
- Ability to meet customer insurance requirements consistently.
