JOB SUMMARY:
Inspire the journey of flight globally in general aviation’s most iconic aircraft by sharing experiences and expert product knowledge. Work as a crew to design and create the best aviation experiences for our customers and community by conducting demonstration flights, attending tradeshows, providing company transportation and customer support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Embody Textron Aviation’s values to complete our collective mission and achieve our vision.
+ Assist in promoting all Textron Aviation products.
+ Conduct flights in furtherance of sales demonstration and marketing support.
+ Operate company and customer aircraft globally in compliance with FAA and ICAO regulations and all local operating procedures.
+ Maintain a thorough knowledge of appropriate aircraft models, systems, avionics, equipment, options, product changes and updates.
+ Demonstrate a solution-driven mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity.
+ Attends training as required. Training will include but not limited to initial and recurrent aircraft training, emergency procedures training, crew coordination training, international procedures training, and other training as deemed necessary by management.
+ Performs office tasks such as expense report and flight log preparation, international planning, aircraft flight manual and approach plate updates, and other tasks normally associated with day-to-day flight operations. Other duties as assigned.
+ Adhere to and support Flight Operations policies, procedures, guidelines, and responsibilities.
+ Communicate with and ensure department personnel are aware of noteworthy issues.
+ Always maintains safety as the prime consideration, and actively participates and promotes SMS.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred in Aviation Science or related field, or in lieu of degree a minimum of 5 years relative industry experience required.
+ FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with instrument rating and Single/Multi-Engine Land ratings
+ FAA Second Class medical or better, with ability to obtain an FAA First Class medical preferred
+ 2,000 flight hours and 250 turbine PIC preferred
+ 500 hours of turbine required
QUALIFICATONS:
+ US Passport or ability to successfully obtain is required
+ Ability to travel globally unrestricted is required
+ FAA Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI) and FAA Flight Instructor Instrument Certificate (CFII) preferred
+ FAA Multi-Engine Instructor Rating (MEI) preferred
+ International operating experience preferred
+ Experience in Textron Aviation products preferred
