Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and embody Textron Aviation's core values to contribute to the collective mission and vision.
- Serve as a certified flight and ground instructor for customer entitlement training in piston aircraft.
- Conduct flight exercises and flight shadowing for sales demonstrations and marketing support initiatives.
- Operate company and customer aircraft globally, ensuring strict adherence to all applicable FAA and ICAO regulations, as well as local operating procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of appropriate aircraft models, their associated systems, avionics, equipment, available options, and product updates.
- Actively participate in required training programs, including initial and recurrent aircraft training, emergency procedures, crew resource management, international operations, and other development sessions as directed by management.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, such as preparing expense reports and flight logs, conducting international flight planning, managing aircraft flight manual and approach plate updates, and other duties crucial to day-to-day flight operations.
- Adhere to and actively support all Flight Operations policies, procedures, guidelines, and responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with department personnel, ensuring awareness of any noteworthy operational issues.
- Prioritize and maintain the highest standards of safety in all flight operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Science or a closely related field is required.
- Minimum of 800 flight hours, with at least 400 hours of dual given, is required.
Skills & Certifications:
- A valid U.S. Passport is required, or the ability to successfully obtain one.
- FAA Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) rating is preferred.
- FAA Complex and High-Performance endorsements are preferred.
- Previous classroom experience as a ground instructor is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital/glass flight decks is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with an instrument rating and Single/Multi-Engine Land ratings is required.
- A current FAA Second Class medical certificate or better, with the ability to obtain an FAA First Class medical, is required.
- FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and FAA Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) ratings are required.
