Textron Aviation is seeking a Pilot, Owner Services to provide on-site flight support for owners operating under the Textron ProOwnership management agreement. This position is based in Sarasota, Florida, and requires the pilot to reside within a two-hour drive of the managed aircraft base. The role involves day-to-day flight activities, including scheduling, trip planning, and aircraft care, while ensuring maintenance compliance, airworthiness, and fulfillment of customer requests to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and satisfaction.
About the Role

Provide expert product knowledge on Citation systems, avionics, and flying characteristics to enhance the owner experience.

Serve as a company liaison between the owner and Textron Aviation, representing the concerns of all parties involved.

Clearly communicate Pilot-In-Command responsibilities, safety standards, and efficient aircraft utilization methods to the owner.

Perform preflight and post-flight inspections, evaluating aircraft for discrepancies and communicating findings to maintenance.

Ensure aircraft are scheduled for required inspections and are certified to MNPS/RVSM/RNP Standards for all travel requirements.

Collaborate with the account manager to understand and input into the aircraft flight schedule, monitoring activities to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

Maintain familiarity with and comply with all applicable FAA and ICAO regulations, as well as local operating procedures.

Ensure flight and training currency for all operational phases, informing management of approaching expirations.

Attend required training, including recurrent aircraft, emergency procedures, crew coordination, and international procedures.

Perform daily department management duties such as maintaining flight logs, updating navigation equipment, and acquiring necessary flight documents.

Coordinate vacation requests with the account manager.
