Pilot, Owner Services - Sarasota, FL
Textron Aviation is seeking a Pilot, Owner Services to provide on-site flight support for aircraft owners managed under the Textron ProOwnership program in Sarasota, Florida. This role involves daily flight operations, including scheduling, trip planning, and aircraft care, working collaboratively with maintenance, operations, and ownership stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
About the Role

Provide expert flight support and product knowledge for Citation aircraft systems, avionics, and flying characteristics to enhance the owner experience.

Serve as a liaison between the owner and Textron Aviation, ensuring clear communication and fair representation of all parties' concerns.

Communicate effectively with owners regarding Pilot-In-Command responsibilities, safe operating standards, and efficient aircraft utilization.

Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, identifying and communicating any mechanical or cosmetic discrepancies to the Maintenance Manager and Service Center.

Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule required aircraft inspections and ensure compliance with MNPS/RVSM/RNP standards for domestic and international travel.

Work with the Account Manager to manage flight schedules, monitor flight activities, and ensure adherence to operational guidelines, including crew duty limits, rest requirements, runway lengths, and weather minimums, prioritizing safety.

Maintain familiarity with all applicable FAA and ICAO regulations, complying with all regulations and operating procedures.

Ensure all training and flight currency requirements are met, informing management of any approaching expirations.

Perform department management duties, including maintaining flight logs, updating navigation equipment, obtaining necessary flight documents, and light aircraft cleaning.

Coordinate vacation requests with the Account Manager.
Requirements

Crews will reside within a two-hour drive from the managed aircraft base in Sarasota, FL.

Demonstrated product expertise on Citation systems, avionics, and flying characteristics.

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate Pilot-In-Command responsibilities, safe operations, and efficient aircraft utilization.
