Senior First Officer - Texel Air

About the Role
The Senior First Officer will provide crucial support to the Pilot in Command (Captain), serving as second-in-command. Responsibilities include:
- Executing tasks and duties outlined in the Operations Manuals or delegated by the Pilot-in-Command.
- Supporting the Pilot-in-Command in flight management and decision-making, utilizing effective CRM practices.
- Assuming full command of the aircraft in the event of Pilot-in-Command incapacitation during flight.
About You
As a seasoned Senior First Officer, you possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Current ATPL issued by the New Zealand Civil Aviation or the Civil Aviation Authority of Australia, subject to obtaining a New Zealand ATPL.
- Type Rating on the B737 NG, ideally with recent (within the last 5 years) experience and the following flight hours:
- 3000 hours Total Time
- 2000 hours on MPA
- 1000 hours on Texel Air types OR 1000 hours on types > 50t MTOW.
- Residency in Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne, or Perth, depending on the available base.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
- High level of drive and initiative coupled with technical skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
