• Duties include: Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, demonstrating strong leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to operational excellence in a dynamic cargo environment.

Requirements

• Valid UK CAA, EASA, FAA, or ICAO ATPL
• B737NG Type Rating
• Minimum 5,000 total flight hours
• Minimum 2,000 hours on multi-pilot aircraft
• Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on B737NG
• Current or recent on type (last flight within 12 months)
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher
• Recent command experience on B737NG with strong adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Proven leadership and sound operational judgment in commercial operations
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
• Understanding of Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) and safety-driven decision making
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems, performance, and human factors

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience in Flight Safety
• Previous experience in FDM
• Previous experience in Safety Investigation
