As a Co-Pilot, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Target personnel and guests on our company aircraft. As part of this you’ll be required to complete all company and pilot specific training. You’ll assist with safely monitoring the operation of the aircraft and will be required to effectively communicate with the Captain as well as others involved in flight operations, such as passengers, maintenance, scheduling and line personnel. This role assists the PIC/Chief Pilot as directed and requires participation in overall flight department activities to achieve its objectives. You’ll also drive continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond the scope of this responsibility by actively participating in the company Safety Management System.

About you:

  • Current FAA Certifications
  • Current FAA First Class Physical
  • ATP rating
  • Valid US Passport
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant flight experience
  • Minimum 3500 hours fixed-wing flight time
  • Minimum 2000 hours PIC
  • Minimum 1000 turbojet
  • Willingness to work nonstandard schedule, which may include weekends and holidays
  • Strong work ethic
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Desire to engage and contribute, beyond cockpit duties
  • Strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, adaptable, and accountable
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Previous Corporate experience (preferred)
  • 4-year degree (preferred)
