About the Role

Talkeetna Air Taxi is seeking an experienced Pilot in Command (Captain) for DHC-3 Otter operations based in Talkeetna, Alaska. This specialized air taxi operator focuses on flightseeing, glacier landings, climbing support, and backcountry operations, offering a unique opportunity to work within Alaska's remote landscapes.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
• A minimum of 2,000 total flight hours.
• At least 50 hours of flight experience in the DHC-3 Otter.
• Completion of one week of ground school in Talkeetna (late April).
• Successful completion of all required check rides.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 500 hours of tailwheel experience is preferred.
• Experience in Cessna 185 and/or DHC-2 Beaver aircraft is preferred.
