This pivotal on-site role is responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety, security, and comfort for all passengers, while delivering an exceptional and personalized in-flight experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide unparalleled, personalized customer service to discerning passengers, anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout all phases of the flight.
  • Ensure the rigorous safety and security of all passengers and crew members, adhering strictly to aviation regulations, company policies, and emergency procedures.
  • Execute comprehensive pre-flight preparations, including cabin checks and stocking, and efficiently manage all post-flight duties.
  • Skillfully manage and coordinate all aspects of in-flight service, including the professional presentation and serving of premium meals, beverages, and amenities.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to passenger requests, inquiries, and special requirements with grace, discretion, and a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a Cabin Attendant or Flight Attendant, ideally within a private or commercial aviation environment.
  • Possesses polished and professional interpersonal skills, maintaining a consistently positive attitude and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform all required work duties effectively and safely within a dynamic aircraft environment.
  • Proven capacity to excel both autonomously and collaboratively as a vital member of a high-performing Flight Operations team.
  • A proactive commitment to actively ensuring the utmost safety and comfort of all customers is paramount.
  • Exceptional capability to provide exemplary customer service, consistently meeting and exceeding the refined expectations of passengers.
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail in all operational and service aspects.
  • Exercises the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive passenger information and operational details.
  • Complete fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is an essential requirement.
  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work in Taiwan without requiring sponsorship.
