Captain - Embraer Phenom 300E

TAG Aviation is seeking an exceptionally skilled and seasoned Captain to join its distinguished crew based in Genève, Switzerland. The Captain will be critically responsible for ensuring the absolute safety and operational efficiency of the assigned aircraft while consistently delivering unparalleled customer service to an exclusive clientele. This challenging and rewarding role operates within a 24/7 environment, necessitating a high degree of flexibility and professionalism.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate must possess a verifiable track record demonstrating unwavering safety and exemplary professionalism. Prospective candidates must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Switzerland without requiring sponsorship. Furthermore, the Captain must maintain residency within a two-hour commute (drive or train journey) of Geneva Airport (GVA).

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Captain’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Conducting comprehensive pre-flight inspections, ensuring all aircraft systems are functioning optimally and prepared for safe operation.
• Maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication with Air Traffic Control (ATC) and ground personnel throughout all phases of flight and operations.
• Accurately maintaining and diligently recording all flight log data, including flight time and fuel consumption records, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Strictly adhering to all established safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies to mitigate operational risk.
• Exercising superior judgment and maintaining effective decision-making capabilities, particularly when working under pressure or during critical situations.
• Fostering excellent communication and interpersonal relationships with clients, fellow crew members, and operational support staff.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must satisfy the following essential criteria:

• Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work in Switzerland without requiring employer sponsorship.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience serving as a Captain.
• Hold a current and valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
• Possess a current FAA/EASA Class One Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrated experience flying the Phenom 300E aircraft.
• A Type Rating on the Phenom 300 is highly preferable and advantageous for this role.
• Hold an English Language Proficiency (ELP) certification of FCL.055 Level 5 or higher.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a flexible schedule suitable for 24/7 operational demands.
