Captain, Flight Operations (Asia)
TAG Aviation in Asia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join its dynamic team. The Captain is primarily responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and delivering exceptional customer service to valued clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing comprehensive pre-flight inspections and ensuring all aircraft systems are fully operational.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with air traffic control and ground personnel.
- Accurately documenting flight time, fuel consumption, and other relevant operational details.
- Strictly adhering to all aviation safety regulations and company operational policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Holds a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Possesses a current Class One Medical Certificate.
- Minimum of 5000 hours Total Flight Time.
- Minimum of 1000 hours Jet Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- Minimum of 100 hours on type.
- Must hold the unrestricted legal right to live and work in Malaysia without requiring sponsorship.
- A Type Rating on relevant aircraft is preferred.
- Experience flying Gulfstream aircraft is highly preferred.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and fellow team members. The ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain flexibility in scheduling is crucial, given the nature of 24/7 flight operations.
