Key Responsibilities (Third-Person Perspective)
The Corporate Flight Attendant is responsible for:
- Providing exceptional, personalised customer service to all discerning passengers, consistently exceeding VIP expectations.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for passengers and fellow crew members throughout all phases of flight.
- Executing comprehensive pre-flight preparations and diligently completing all post-flight duties efficiently.
- Managing sophisticated in-flight service, including the professional serving of bespoke meals and beverages, with expertise in Silver Service protocols and Chinese cuisine presentation.
- Promptly and professionally responding to all passenger requests, inquiries, and needs with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Working effectively both independently and collaboratively as a critical part of the flight team to accomplish demanding operational tasks.
- Demonstrating utmost discretion and maintaining confidentiality regarding all passenger and company information.
Job Requirements and Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a polished professional who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
- A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a corporate Cabin Attendant or VIP Flight Attendant.
- Demonstrated expertise and background in executing formal Silver Service standards.
- Proficiency and practical experience with the preparation, presentation, and service of authentic Chinese cuisine.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- The ability to speak Mandarin fluently is essential for this role.
- Possesses exceptional planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Exhibits polished and professional interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Capable of performing required work duties effectively and safely within a dynamic aircraft environment.
