Captain, Flight Operations (Asia) - Global 6000

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong (On-site)

Position Overview

TAG Aviation in Asia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join its distinguished flight operations team. The Captain is primarily responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the assigned aircraft, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clientele. This role demands a proven track record of safety excellence, unwavering professionalism, and adaptability within a demanding 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will execute a range of critical functions essential to flight safety and operational efficiency:

  • Conduct meticulous pre-flight inspections, ensuring all aircraft systems are fully functional and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain clear, effective, and professional communication with Air Traffic Control (ATC) and ground support personnel throughout all phases of operation.
  • Accurately document and maintain comprehensive records pertaining to flight time, fuel consumption, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all established safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies at all times.
  • Provide leadership and collaborative support to the flight crew and team members.
  • Ensure the provision of exceptional, high-standard customer service to clients during all interactions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

TAG Aviation seeks an exceptional aviation professional possessing the following qualifications and experience:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
  • A current and valid Class One Medical Certificate.
  • Mandatory Type Rating for the relevant aircraft.
  • Unrestricted legal right to live and work in Hong Kong without requiring corporate sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven capability to effectively manage complex situations and maintain high performance standards under pressure.

Minimum Flight Experience:

  • Total Flight Time: Minimum 5,000 hours.
  • Jet Pilot-In-Command (PIC) Time: Minimum 1,000 hours.
  • Time on Type: Minimum 100 hours.
  • Prior experience operating Global 6000 aircraft is strongly preferred.
