TUS Airways Ltd is undergoing an exciting period of network expansion utilizing its fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft, commencing Summer 2025. This presents a unique opportunity for experienced aviation professionals to elevate their careers.

TUS Airways Ltd seeks a highly motivated and skilled individual to join its team as a Direct Entry Captain (DEC). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the airline's commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered for the Direct Entry Captain position, the candidate must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 1000 hours as Pilot in Command on Jet powered, Performance A Aircraft exceeding 50T MTOW.
• Currently operating the A320 Aircraft.
• Possess a valid A320 type rating.
• Hold a valid EASA ATPL(A) license.
• Hold a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrate English language proficiency at Level 4 or above.
• Possess a clean criminal record.
• Be eligible to live and work within the European Union.

Note: Pilots who do not meet the minimum 1000 hours of Pilot in Command experience, but fulfill items 3 through 8, may be considered after successfully completing additional Command training.
