About the Role: First Officer

The First Officer at TUI fly Netherlands plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the safety, efficiency, and comfort of all passengers. Working in close collaboration with experienced Captains, the First Officer is responsible for strictly adhering to the highest standards of aviation safety and exemplary customer service. Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for the First Officer position are expected to meet the following essential criteria:

  • Possession of an unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
  • A valid B737 type rating is mandatory.
  • Holding a valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
  • Applicants must possess the legal right to live and work in the Netherlands without restriction.
  • Due to stringent aviation security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and fulfill all regulatory conditions for flight crew clearance within the EU. This may affect eligibility for candidates without long-term residence or work rights in the EU.
  • Fluency in English, demonstrated by an ELP (English Language Proficiency) Level 5 minimum.
