TUI Airline is seeking a highly motivated First Officer to join their dynamic team at TUI fly Belgium. This is a permanent, non-banded position with a 39-hour work week, based in Zaventem, Belgium at Luchthaven Brussel 40p/1.

TUI fly Belgium is committed to providing customers with exceptional flight experiences. Pilots are dedicated to maintaining the highest safety standards within a strong crew community, utilizing modern Embraer E2, Boeing 737, and 787 aircraft.

As a First Officer, the individual will receive active mentorship from experienced Captains to facilitate career progression. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to unforgettable travel experiences within a motivated team.

Ideal candidates will possess a valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license, a valid B737 type rating with completed line check, a valid Medical Class 1 certificate, and a valid EU passport. Fluency in English (ELP 5 minimum) is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.

The selection process includes: CV screening, an online technical questionnaire, an HR interview and simulator assessment at CAE Steenokkerzeel, and online psychological testing.

This position offers a permanent contract with competitive benefits, including per diem for flight days and additional per diem for layovers over 24 hours from the home base, a communication package of 50€ monthly reimbursement for mobile phone costs, and a € 450 expense note for cell phone every 3 years.
