Taking Flight in Your New Role:
Reporting to the Cabin Crew Training Team Leader, the Cabin Crew Training Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of all Cabin Crew training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Masterful Rostering: Utilizing airline rostering systems, you'll create timely and legally compliant crew rosters, adhering to scheduling agreements, airline regulations, and flight time limitations. This includes rostering for SEPs, conferences, SNY flights, and other ground and flight training activities, incorporating ECP providers.
- Training Optimization: You'll efficiently roster Cabin Crew conversion training courses, maximizing the utilization of trainers, students, and resources to deliver the training plan on target.
- Data Management and Communication: Prepare training data within rostering systems for seamless automatic rostering and maintain clear communication regarding all rostered activities.
- Quality and Compliance Champion: You'll conduct rigorous legality and quality checks on all crew rosters, ensuring alignment with departmental and business needs. This includes analyzing training activities assigned by rostering systems and verifying travel alignment before publishing final rosters to the crew.
- Continuous Improvement Advocate: Interpreting scheduling agreements, you'll propose changes and identify opportunities to optimize utilization and reduce overall establishment costs. You will actively participate in business improvement initiatives and trade union discussions.
- Systems and Compliance Expert: Supporting the implementation of system changes, you will contribute to requirement specifications, testing, training, and live implementation. Maintaining relevant sections in the departmental handbook and conducting audits ensures individual and departmental compliance.
Ideal Profile:
- Proven Experience: A background in an airline crewing/rostering environment is highly desirable, coupled with experience in a customer service-focused role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong IT literacy with a minimum of O' Level/GCSE education or equivalent relevant experience is essential.
- Detail-Oriented and Process-Driven: Impeccable organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure are crucial.
- Effective Communicator: You possess excellent written and oral communication skills, fostering strong interpersonal relationships.
