TUI Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join their team as Cabin Crew Members, operating out of Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands. The Role:

As a Cabin Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the TUI "Live Happy" philosophy for every passenger. Responsibilities will include:

Providing attentive and friendly service throughout the flight, including the sale and service of food and beverages.
Maintaining a safe and comfortable cabin environment for all passengers.
Collaborating effectively with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations.
Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability by operating on flights of various TUI partner airlines.
Participating in promotional activities and supporting other operational tasks as needed.
Successfully completing a comprehensive 6-8 week training program prior to commencing the role.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key requirements include:

A minimum age of 18 years old at the start of the training program.
Completion of a HAVO or MBO Level 4 diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong sense of responsibility and a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Availability to reach Schiphol Airport within one hour during standby periods.
No pre-planned holidays scheduled from June to August.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly within the aviation, hospitality, or tourism industries, is highly advantageous.
