The Role:
As a B737 First Officer, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable in-flight experience for all TUI customers. This individual will operate the B737 on a diverse route network, consistently demonstrating sound decision-making skills and exceptional customer service. - Operate the B737 as a First Officer across a variety of destinations within the TUI route network.
- Demonstrate proven ability to make sound decisions in any given scenario, while consistently providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
- ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL(A) with completed ATPL theory and MCC course, or EASA equivalent.
- Candidates with licenses issued outside of Sweden must be willing to transfer to a Swedish-issued EASA license prior to joining TUI Fly Nordic AB.
- Valid EASA-issued Class 1 medical certificate.
- Minimum 500 hours of multi-engine turbine experience (candidates with less than 500 hours are still encouraged to apply).
- Completion of an MCC course as per FCL.735.A.
- Valid 5-year EU or Nordic passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel, with a minimum validity of 6 months.
- Travel time from residence to home base (either Gothenburg Landvetter Airport or Stockholm Arlanda Airport) must not exceed 60 minutes within Sweden.
- ICAO Level 4 language proficiency.
- Ability to communicate in one Scandinavian language is required (unless already employed as a pilot within the TUI Group).
- Flexibility to work on a flying program operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Minimum height of 1.58 meters and ability to swim 25 meters.
