About TUI Airline
TUI Airline encompasses all airline activities across nine countries: the UK, Nordics, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Morocco, France, and the Dutch Antilles. The Crew Planning function plays a vital role in the airline's success, ensuring the smooth operation of flight and cabin crew training plans and rosters.
The Role
As Cabin Crew Training Planning Executive, you will be responsible for the proactive management and regular updating of the Cabin Crew Training plan. This role focuses on planning and scheduling training initiatives rather than conducting training courses. Leveraging your strong understanding of EASA/CAA regulations and experience within aviation rostering or crewing, you will ensure compliance and optimize training schedules.
This position offers a flexible, hybrid working model, requiring attendance at your local TUI Airline office only a few times per month.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Cabin Crew Training team to facilitate monthly training handover meetings, providing comprehensive updates, KPIs, and continuous feedback.
- Identify and communicate potential risks, opportunities, and recommendations to the Cabin Crew Manpower Planning team.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and activities across all Manpower Planning areas.
- Interpret and apply industrial agreements, regulatory requirements, and planning needs to ensure ongoing compliance within the training plan.
- Utilize available systems to optimize the production and efficiency of the training program.
- Establish strong communication channels with Manpower Planning and key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective information sharing.
- Develop and manage the training resource plan, encompassing classrooms and equipment, to deliver the Cabin Crew training plan within budget while adapting to volume changes and updates.
- Implement procedural changes and maintain the team procedures handbook accordingly.
- Participate in and support projects within Airline Operations and the broader airline organization as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the role's scope.

- Proven experience in an aviation operational environment and a thorough understanding of EASA/CAA regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic aviation industry with evolving priorities, operational requirements, and regulatory developments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
