Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of an unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
  • Eligibility for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) on the B737 per FCL.730.A, including completion of a minimum of 500 flight hours or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turbo-jet (CS-25 or equivalent) or multi-pilot turbo-prop (minimum 10 tonnes or 19+ passenger seats).
  • Current MCC and AUPRT certificates.
  • Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME/IR).
  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
  • Valid EU, Swiss, or EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel (valid for at least 6 months from training start date).
  • Legal right to live and work in Sweden without restrictions.
  • Ability to pass comprehensive aviation security background checks and meet all EU flight crew regulatory requirements.
  • Capacity to report to the main base within 120 minutes while on standby.
  • Acceptance of a variable roster without a fixed pattern (commuting contracts are not available).
