Candidate Requirements

Possession of an unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.

Eligibility for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) on the B737 per FCL.730.A, including completion of a minimum of 500 flight hours or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turbo-jet (CS-25 or equivalent) or multi-pilot turbo-prop (minimum 10 tonnes or 19+ passenger seats).

Current MCC and AUPRT certificates.

Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME/IR).

Valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.

Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.

Valid EU, Swiss, or EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel (valid for at least 6 months from training start date).

Legal right to live and work in Sweden without restrictions.

Ability to pass comprehensive aviation security background checks and meet all EU flight crew regulatory requirements.

Capacity to report to the main base within 120 minutes while on standby.

Acceptance of a variable roster without a fixed pattern (commuting contracts are not available).
