B737 First Officer - Pilot Candidate Pool

The Flight Operations function is vital to the airline organisation, responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable flight experience for all customers.
This presents a significant opportunity to become a B737 First Officer, primarily based at Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN). While Stockholm will be the main base, future opportunities for placement at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport (GOT) may also arise. The role is central to delivering an exceptional in-flight experience, requiring a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Pilots are expected to fully embrace a customer-focused culture, ensuring the cabin service sets a benchmark for competitors. Applications should be submitted by June 6.

Candidate Profile:
Prospective candidates for the B737 First Officer position must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid EASA-issued ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL(A) with completed ATPL theory and MCC course, or equivalent.
- If licensed outside of Sweden, be willing and able to transfer to a Swedish-issued EASA license prior to commencing employment with TUI Fly Nordic AB.
- Possess a valid EASA-issued Class 1 medical certificate.
- Accumulate a minimum of 500 hours of multi-engine turbine experience.
- Have completed an MCC course (as per FCL.735.A).
- Hold a valid 5-year EU or Nordic passport permitting worldwide travel without restrictions, with a minimum of 6 months validity.
- Have a primary residence located within a 90-minute travel time of their assigned home base.
- Demonstrate ICAO Level 4 English language proficiency as a minimum, with fluency in both spoken and written English being essential. Proficiency in any Scandinavian language is considered an advantage.
- Be flexible and committed to working a 24/7 shift schedule throughout the entire year.
- Meet a minimum height requirement of 1.58m and be able to swim 25 meters.
