Qualifications & Requirements:

• Possesses an unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
• Holds a valid Boeing 737 (B737) type rating.
• Maintains a valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
• Holds a valid EU passport.
• Demonstrates fluency in English (minimum ELP Level 5).

Selection Process:

1. CV screening conducted by the hiring manager.
2. Completion of a Digital Psychometric Assessment.
3. Participation in an Assessment Centre held at the HQ in Rijswijk.
4. Successful completion of a Simulator Assessment at CAE Schiphol.
5. Final Psychological Assessment, including alcohol and drug testing.
