TUI fly Netherlands seeks a dedicated and skilled First Officer to join its passionate pilot team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and comfort of passengers on flights to diverse destinations across Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean. Upon successful completion of the selection process, the First Officer will be enrolled in the B737 Type Rating Course at TUI fly Netherlands. This comprehensive training program provides the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a B737 aircraft. Line training will commence following the successful completion of the type rating. The type rating course cost is covered by TUI fly for courses scheduled to begin between September and December 2025, presenting an excellent opportunity for aspiring commercial airline pilots.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (ELP 5 minimum).
• Valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license, a valid IR/ME, MCC, and an advanced UPRT certificate.
• Valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
• Valid EU passport and work permit for the Netherlands.
• Ability to obtain a VVGB (security background check).

• Digital Psychometric Assessment
• Assessment Centre - HQ Rijswijk
• Simulator Assessment - CAE Schiphol
• Psychological Assessment + Alcohol and Drug Test
