TUI is seeking experienced First Officers for its Boeing 737 operations across UK bases. This permanent role is ideal for pilots who meet Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) experience requirements but are not currently type-rated on the B737. Successful candidates will join TUI's UK pilot community and will have their operating base confirmed upon offer.

As a First Officer at TUI, individuals will operate across the company's holiday network, gaining valuable experience alongside seasoned Captains. TUI also provides opportunities for career advancement within the flight deck and other airline roles.
Requirements

Eligibility for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT).

A minimum of 500 hours flight time on qualifying multi-pilot aircraft; OR

A minimum of 100 route sectors on qualifying multi-pilot aircraft.

Qualifying experience must be on an appropriate multi-pilot turbojet or larger multi-pilot turboprop aircraft meeting relevant regulatory criteria.

Ability to report to home base within a maximum of 90 minutes when on standby duty.

Minimum height of 1.58 metres.

Ability to swim at least 25 metres.

Must pass required pre-employment and airport-security checks.
Qualifications

Unrestricted and valid UK CAA CPL with ATPL theory credits.

Valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical.

Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.

Completed MCC course.

Completed Advanced UPRT.

Valid passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel.

Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
Working Pattern and Base
The role involves full-time work during the summer and part-time during winter, with approximately 13 weeks off annually. Some winter time off may be available through bidding. The operating base is confirmed at the point of offer. Rosters can vary significantly, and commuting contracts are not offered.
