About the Role

The First Officer position is based within the UK and operates on the B737 aircraft. This permanent, rostered role offers a dynamic work environment with active mentoring from experienced Captains. The contract structure involves full-time duties during summer and part-time during winter, with a total of 13 weeks off annually. As a First Officer, individuals will share significant responsibilities and have access to diverse career development opportunities within TUI Airline.

Requirements

• Unrestricted and valid UK CAA-issued CPL with ATPL theory credits.
• A valid B737 type rating with completed base training.
• A valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• A valid passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel.
• The legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom without restrictions; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment and airport security background checks for airport ID issuance.
• Minimum height of 1.58m (5ft 2in).
• Ability to swim at least 25m.
• Capacity to report to the designated home base within a maximum commuting time of 90 minutes when on standby duty.
• Rosters will vary significantly with no fixed pattern; commuting contracts are not offered.
