About the Role
As a First Officer operating on the esteemed Boeing 787 aircraft, the incumbent will assume substantial responsibilities. The role is designed to facilitate significant career progression, supported by active mentoring from experienced Captains. Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Core Qualifications and Experience:
- Possession of an unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
- Holding a valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
- Eligibility for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) on the B787, in accordance with FCL.730.A, if not currently type-rated.
- Valid EU/EEA passport with at least 6 months of validity from the training start date.
- Legal authorization to reside and work in the Netherlands without any restrictions.
- Ability to successfully pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance. (Note: Candidates without long-term residence or work rights in the EU may be impacted.)
- Readiness to report to base within 60 minutes during standby duty.
- Fluent command of the English language, demonstrating a minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level of 5.
