- Safe and Efficient Flight Operations: Execute all flight duties in accordance with company policies and regulations, ensuring the highest safety standards.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively and clearly with crew members, passengers and ground personnel, both in German and English.
Requirements:
- Valid Flight Crew License (ATPL, CPL with ATPL Credit)
- Current Medical Class 1 Certificate
- Valid and unrestricted EU passport (minimum 6 months remaining validity); Non-EU citizens must possess an unlimited residence permit and work permit.
- Fluency in German and English (English Level 4)
- Exceptional communication, flexibility and teamwork skills.
- Polite and professional demeanor with a well-groomed appearance.
- Demonstrated intercultural competence.
- Strong swimming skills.
- Internet access, personal email address and readily available by phone.
- Residence within a 50 km radius (1 hour) of the designated duty station.
- Advantageous: Active A320 type rating.
