The employing airline is currently seeking exceptional and highly experienced individuals to fulfill the role of Airline Commander. This demanding position requires candidates who possess a distinguished professional record and meet stringent operational and licensing criteria. Essential Commander Requirements
- Candidates must hold a current and valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL(A)).
- Maintenance of a valid European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Class 1 Medical Certificate is compulsory.
- The applicant must possess a robust minimum of 4,000 hours total flight time, demonstrating extensive operational experience.
- A minimum of 1,500 flight hours must have been successfully accrued on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 27,000 kg.
- The pilot must document a minimum of 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience.
- A critical requirement is the demonstration of at least 300 hours logged specifically as Commander on high-capacity aircraft (MTOW greater than 27,000 kg).
- Applicants must evidence a minimum of three years of sustained airline pilot experience, calculated from the initial type rating endorsement date.
- Demonstrable English language proficiency is required, meeting or exceeding the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Level 4 standard.
