Job Description

Sun Air Jets is seeking a highly skilled and experienced pilot to join its professional flight crew. The successful candidate will operate a variety of aircraft within the company's global network. This position demands adherence to the highest safety standards and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Total Flight Time: 4,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 3,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine Flight Time: 3,500 hours
  • Turbine Flight Time: 3,000 hours
  • Type Rating: Required for the specific aircraft operated.
  • Recent Flight Experience: 250 hours PIC in type, current, with recent flight experience in the same aircraft type.
  • Turbojet Flight Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Multi-Engine Land Flight Time: 2,000 hours
  • Turbojet PIC Flight Time: 500 hours
  • Instrument Flight Time: 300 hours
  • License: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
  • Licensing Authority: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
  • Medical Certificate: FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • ICAO English Level: Level 4 proficiency
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: Not specified at the time of this description.

Additional Requirements

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Extensive international experience, including international charter flying.
  • Prior experience operating under Part 135 regulations.
  • Proficiency in computer and iPad usage.
